How the Comprehensive Warranty Works

If a product issue arises, the customer or EMS Barcode can initiate a warranty claim by opening an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case.

Once the RMA is issued, the customer or EMS Barcode may request a free hardware collection (available in select countries listed below), or the item can be shipped directly to the repair centre as specified in the RMA documentation.

After the item is received, the repair centre will complete the necessary repairs and return the unit either locally or by shipment to the customer.

Free Collection Available In:
England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland
Customers outside these countries will be responsible for shipping the device to the repair centre; return shipping will still be covered.

What is covered

Printers: Comprehensive warranty covers most parts, excluding thermal printheads and platen rollers. Accessories and batteries have limited factory coverage and are not included.
