The GSS-MOBILE-MR is purpose-built for efficiency in warehouse and shop floor operations, making it ideal for tasks such as goods receiving and cycle counting. How the Premium Comprehensive Warranty Works
If a product issue arises, the customer or EMS Barcode can initiate a warranty claim by opening an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case.
Once the RMA is issued, the customer or EMS Barcode may request a free hardware collection (available in select countries listed below), or the item can be shipped directly to the repair centre as specified in the RMA documentation.
After the item is received, the repair centre will complete the necessary repairs and return the unit either locally or by shipment to the customer.
Free Collection Available In:
England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland
Customers outside these countries will be responsible for shipping the device to the repair centre; return shipping will still be covered.
